It is difficult to know where to start talking about the impact that working with Jenny has had on my quality of life. Following a fairly late in life ADHD diagnosis, the relief of understanding that it was okay to need help was huge. Jenny arrived during one of the most difficult years that I have experienced and I genuinely believe that her amazing support in all areas of my life prevented me from having a breakdown.
Following Covid, having reached a stage where I needed to relocate the business, I became so overwhelmed by the enormity of the undertaking, and the weight of admin, that was involved, that I was struggling to open any letters or emails. Jenny calmly stepped in to create a buffer, working out innovative solutions and creating plans to move forward. This meant that anything arriving that required action was accompanied with a clear plan, most of which Jenny would have undertaken on my behalf before bringing it to me.
Her patience is saint-like and there seems to be nothing that throws off her calm, practical ability to create order from chaos, it would be hard to imagine throwing more her way than I have, juggling four businesses, a major home and business move and chronic social and general anxiety in the middle of it all.
It is an extraordinary gift to be fully accepted for who you are and for someone to be able to adapt and find ways that work with you as an individual rather than being continually expected to adapt to what is considered 'normal'.
Jenny does all of this with a level of warmth, empathy, kindness, humour and intelligence that brightens up even the toughest days. In addition, her counselling training means that she has the broadest of skill sets to employ in support of her clients, providing continuous care while working through both the practical and emotional implications of living with ADHD.
For me, the impact of working with Jenny will be life-long. She has helped me to develop strategies to manage my diary, finances and businesses, alongside building my confidence in social situations. I could not recommend Jenny highly enough. I can not imagine a better ADHD mentor and consider myself incredibly lucky to have had her by my side.

The help and guidance I’ve received from Jenny has been incredibly welcome. I came to her at a time when I was feeling stuck, anxious and overwhelmed by the stresses in my life. Juggling difficult finances, being a new parent and struggling with motivation Jenny was able to provide me with a safe, secure and friendly space to help me deal with my problems. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD since childhood and there have been times when I’ve needed a bit of extra help. Jenny has empowered me to make difficult phone calls, consolidate the tasks that were causing me issues and make concreate, clear plans and systems to prevent overwhelm in the future. I couldn’t thank Jenny enough for all her help.

"Working with Jenny Lewis has been nothing short of life-changing for our family. She has been an incredible support for my 14-year-old daughter as she navigates her ADHD and the many challenges that come with school and adolescence.
From the very beginning, Jenny showed deep understanding, patience, and compassion. She created a safe and supportive space where my daughter felt seen, heard, and truly understood—something that doesn’t always happen in traditional educational settings. Jenny helped her develop strategies to manage overwhelm, improve focus, and build confidence in herself both academically and personally.
Through some really tough times, Jenny was a steady and encouraging presence. Her guidance not only helped my daughter gain tools to cope with everyday challenges, but also empowered her to believe in her abilities. I’ve seen a transformation in my daughter’s self-esteem, motivation, and overall outlook—and I credit so much of that to the consistent and caring support Jenny provided.
We are incredibly grateful to have had Jenny as a part of this journey. Her impact has been profound, and I would highly recommend her to any family looking for compassionate, expert ADHD support."
